Alloy app takes care of the user's privacy by guarding access to all the sensitive resources/services like Contacts or Photos on per action basis. So the user would be asked to grant access to required resources during the first launch of an action. The action's "Privacy" section allows reviewing required resources and grant/deny access to them at any time.
