This task calls to passed phone using one of supported apps/services.

The following are "Call" Task properties:

Phone: phone number to call to.
- Variable: variable holding phone number
- Phone: default phone number to use if no "Phone | Variable" is specified.

Call with: defines an app/service to use 
- Variable: variable holding an app/service to use. Can be one of the following
    0: Phone
    1: Skype
    2: "GV Connect"
    3: Facetime
- Call with: default app/service to use if no "Call with | Variable" is specified.
