This task loads an account specified by the "Account UID" property.

The following are "Load Account" Task properties:

Account UID: UID of an account to load.

Setup Account if Needed: specifies whether a new account should be setup (if required) by launching a "Setup Account Action". 

Setup Account Action: specifies an action should be used to setup account:
- UID: UUD or short UID of action to launch.
- Title: optional title to help identifying action.
