This task allows to make an animated GIF from a sequence of images.
The following are "Make Animated GIF" task properties:
Loop Count: specifies the number of times to repeat an animated sequence.
DelayTime: specifies the amount of time, in seconds, to wait before displaying the next image in an animated sequence.
